Where we offer direct deposit as a payment option we will email you our direct deposit details on confirmation of your purchase. We will then await confirmation that your payment has been made before shipping your order.

Delivery Charges and Time Frames
Our delivery charges are based on the amount, volume and value of you purchase as well as your delivery destination and preferred delivery method. Your delivery charges are calculated and shown to you at the checkout stage of your purchase.
Delivery Time Frames
Our delivery turn around time ranges from 1 day to 7 days depending on your location. We process orders Monday to Friday and endeavour to ship the same day or the following day from when we receive your order.

We require the docket as proof of purchase for all exchanges, warranty claims and refunds.
We offer a 7 Day Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your statutory rights.
This provides you with the opportunity to exchange or refund items within 7 days of the date of purchase if you change your mind. To be entitled, you must provide proof of purchase and the item must be in unmarked original condition including all packaging and components. Change of mind does not include gift vouchers.
